We had an excellent experience with this AA Customs. Alexei and his team arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The work was done efficiently, safely, and with GREAT ATTENTION to detail. They were professional, polite, and left everything clean when finished. We were impressed with the quality of the service and will definitely call them again for any future electrical needs. Highly recommend!
Amazing job by AA Customs. They’re professional, responsive, and incredibly detail-oriented. They had installed home audio system for me. The installation process was clean, and seamless. Couldn’t be happier - highly recommend!
I am a personal assistant and have been working with Alexei at my clients' homes since 2017. Alexei and his team are 5-star awesome! They arrive on time for EVERY single appointment. Communication via phone/text/email is clear and quick. There are no hidden surprises when it's time to pay invoices. They have cleaned up tangles of unidentifiable wires, set up fantastic gaming systems, and installed new TVs and alarm monitoring systems. AA Customs is fantastic. They have never let me down. I highly recommend their services.
Alexei and AA Customs are absolute professionals. I have worked with AA customs to complete multiple projects large and small since 2012. They have done both residential and business work. From the start of a project to the end they are knowlesdgable, professional and diligent. The quality of the work they do is excellent. They are masters of seamless integration. Once the project is done you will never know they were there. Each wire hidden, each speaker or device seamlessly integrated. Five stars every time.
I went with Alexei and AA Customs for 2 jobs now and have recommended them to friends. They installed ceiling speakers, a home audio system, and media closet. They were professional, organized, left the space clean, and most importantly had great attention to detail when installing everything. They also had access to speakers you could not buy on your own and they sound phenomenal. I will definitely be using again for future projects.
