UPDATE: My power went out. It was 11am on Sunday morning and I tried everything within my knowledge. Unsuccessfully. I text Ken (as I was so pleased with his previous work). I also put a request on yelp incase he was not available. Ken was here within the hour. He is closed on Sundays, and I know had to juggle a lot of things to help me out. He identified the issue, which was within my electric box, and fixed it very quickly. I should add the issue is completely unrelated to his previous work (I just have an old house). I am so grateful, I am sure he had better things planned for his day. Also from the few responses I got on yelp nobody else was available either, so without Ken I would have been stuck. But thankfully he found a way to help me. His price was very reasonable, especially as it is Sunday. Thank you AGAIN, Ken! Review for the previous outlet/lighting job: Ken and his team did a fantastic job. I have had a troublesome outlet for a while, but as I was decorating I decided that I really needed to get it fixed quickly. I also wanted a rough estimate for installing LED lights in my kitchen ceiling (a project for the future, so I thought). Ken was so quick to respond, had great prices, and managed to fit in the outlet repair the next day. I was so impressed with his work that I decided to bring forward the LED project. But, again, I had a short timeline as I wanted to do it before I painted. He worked with me and managed to find time that worked for both of us. His prices are great, he is collaborative, considerate and very tidy. I highly recommend him. Thank you Ken, you will be back!
