Donte was great to work with. I called him and he gave me a very competitive price, then was able to come out the same day. He was super professional throughout the whole process and gave me helpful advice along the way. He installed an EV-rated charger, helped me understand whether my electrical panel had enough capacity, and made sure everything was installed properly and up to code. Great experience from start to finish. 10/10, highly recommend.
I greatly appreciate the excellent work Donte did replacing my bathroom exhaust fan today. He carefully removed the old fan and cleaned up the heavy dust before completing the installation. He also made precise cuts to the ceiling drywall, resulting in a clean and professional finish. After installing the new sensor-controlled exhaust fan, Donte worked with me to thoroughly test it and made sure it met all of my expectations. He was patient with my requests during the testing process and took the time to answer all of my questions. Over the past two years, I have hired five contractors for various home improvement projects. Among them, Donte stands out as the best. His dedication, strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail are truly exceptional. I highly recommend Donte to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable contractor.
Donte is has been a pleasure to work with. I had a vision of a semi off-grid solar system. I have procured equipment on my own based on my result, but when I looked for a contractor, most had to refused to work with me. Most solar contractors wanted to sell you their own equipment. Working with Donte, he advised me about city permits, collecting information from Fremont's permitting office before taking over in generating drawings and procuring the permit for the project. Our scope was solar panels mounting and install, solar rapid-shut off on the side of the house, smart panel install, electric car charger and upgrading electrical outlets. He's great at troubleshooting too. He's very clear in communication and providing estimates then does exactly what he says he will do. He's an honest man. As for the quality of his work, it's been great. Clear labeling and cable management. Our inspector from permitting office also said: 'You got a great electrician!'
Adept Electrical Solutions was fantastic. My issue: I had a faulty electrical outlet associated with my dishwasher. I called numerous places and felt I had encountered admin front desk who couldn't give me a prelim quote. Donte was very easy to talk to, told him my situation, he gave me a fair quote based on what I relayed. He came in and serviced the situation in a very short timeframe with utmost professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend this operator for your electrical needs.
Donte is an absolute treasure. He was communicative, he was prompt, and got the job done with a smile. Absolute pleasure to work with. He helped me get my EV charger and some conduit moved up to code so I can move forward with a larger solar project. He was willing to teach me some stucco techniques as well while he patching/finishing up the job. He also had fuses sent to me same day while on vacation in Europe! Incredible service, pricing, and attitude. My go to electrician now on. A++++
