Around 2 o'clock on a Friday afternoon, we had a circuit breaker trip at our home. It was labeled 'furnace', but in addition to our furnace the lights and power in a bathroom and bedroom also went out. I called ARSEN because I was really happy with the work they had done updating our wiring for a new refrigerator. They couldn't come that day, but were able to come on Saturday at 11. Dmitry saw that we had a short somewhere in the circuit and started hunting for it in a very organized and logical manner -- all the while explaining the process he was going through.
