We decided not to move forward with Astral Electrical due to concerns about business integrity. We discussed the scope of work and agreed on a price during a phone call. Later, we were told that the price was no longer valid because they had higher-priority projects and that there was a new minimum price, significantly higher than what was previously agreed upon. Having other projects does not justify changing terms after an agreement has already been reached. This kind of pricing change undermines trust and does not reflect good faith in doing business. Based on this experience, I would recommend others get everything in writing upfront and be cautious.
These guys are excellent! They installed our outdoor EV charger within hours and did everything cleanly and by the code. And they were the best price out of many! Highly recommended for Tesla charger installations.
