Our house was originally designed with a confusing electrical layout. The circuit breaker was working fine. The GFI’s were working fine and the Bill was able to find the problem. While briefly educating me on neurons and protons, I have more knowledge of how the electricity in my home runs. Basically the issue was solved within 45 minutes with fast thinking. Money and time was not wasted, very affordable, and I’d trust this company even with bigger issues. Grateful.

Getting quality workmanship in the Rio Nido area is pretty much a crap shoot these days, so I am always leery of who will come to my door and the quality of their work. Bill's company responded very quickly to my request for an estimate. Tina was very personable and accommodating to my schedule, as the house is a summer house and I don't live there. Aron came out and inspected the panel, which was from the 1950's and in serious need of replacement. Bill provided me with a detailed and well-explained estimate, and we scheduled the work to be done the following week. Aron returned and got right to work. He was personable and professional. It was clear that he knew what he was doing. During the panel switch-out, Aron found that the main breaker outside the house was literally smoked and was definitely a fire hazard. He temporarily replaced it with one of the old breakers from the replaced panel to alleviate the danger, and I just received an estimate for replacing that. We will be scheduling in the near future. All interactions with Bill were respectful, punctual, and professional. I highly recommend them for electrical work in the north bay.

Having used this company for previous projects, they were my first call when I needed electrical work done for a new exterior lighting installation. From the start, the experience was positive. We have had B. Henry's out twice now and will be scheduling a third service in a couple of weeks! I really appreciate their professionalism when it comes to being upfront about costs. They gave us a sliding scale depending on labor for specific jobs. When they invoiced us, they included receipts for parts... this is something that we rarely see but it creates a sense of trust and honesty. There are no surprises. Our first job was a lesser, more simple, job-we had at few sockets replaced one of which was a very loose socket that we were concerned about arcing. The second job was more extensive as there were several "needs" in one day. They replaced overhead light fixtures (3 of them), replaced an old and VERY outdated (probably from when our house was built over 35 years ago!) smoke/fire alarm, and installed bedside wall mounted lights. They are GORGEOUS!! On their third visit soon, we will have heated flooring in our master bedroom installed. B. Henry's Quality Electric is the place to go for your electrical needs. The team is nothing but helpful, and professional. They are community oriented and are always there to help when you have an electrical need. This is the second time we have employed the services of BHenry and team. As with the first time, they did a very professional job at a reasonable price. While a relatively simple task installing new 2 fans, Aaron was on time, communicated well with us, quickly completed the task, and thorough cleaned up when done.
