Our house was originally designed with a confusing electrical layout. The circuit breaker was working fine. The GFI’s were working fine and the Bill was able to find the problem. While briefly educating me on neurons and protons, I have more knowledge of how the electricity in my home runs. Basically the issue was solved within 45 minutes with fast thinking. Money and time was not wasted, very affordable, and I’d trust this company even with bigger issues. Grateful.

I contacted B. Henry's Quality Electric when my solar inverter needed replacement. Even though they didn't perform that work themselves, they referred me to one of their installers and, in the process, saved me money by bypassing the markup they could have charged. That level of honesty is pretty rare. They could easily have kept the work in-house or added a layer of profit, but instead they focused on what was best for me as the customer. They also followed up several times by email to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was happy with the outcome.
