I noticed a burning smell from a wall, and the overheated wire was found and the damaged section replaced. I also had every branch circuit traced, the wrong panel labels corrected, and a clear directory made for coordinating my elevator power, cab lights, disconnects, and equipment room inspection.
I got scheduled soon for the outdoor fan light that had quit, and the wall control still worked but the remote didn't. After a short wait they came back with a compatible remote setup, repaired the light kit and paired and tested both controls.
