Fantastic showroom, great employees
I have a ceiling fan/light that stopped operating. I assumed a place like CED would have a replacement wall switch. The guy behind the counter looked at his computer for the make and model of the wall switch I needed. He said they did not have it. I asked if they had an equivalent. He said no. I asked if anyone else at the facility might know of a replacement. He went away. A young man came to the counter. I repeated what I was looking for, and what I had found. He looked at my notes, and found a help number for a potential replacement part company. I emptied my envelope containing all the information I had on the equipment. He saw an envelope with instructions regarding a replacement battery for the wall switch. He tried to help me open the plastic switch, however the battery leaked, and I nor he was able to open the switch. I got home, and using an exacto knife, I opened the switch and replaced the battery. Low and behold, the fan and light works again. He must have helped for at least 30 minutes. I bought nothing, yet received help to fix my problem. If you have an electrical problem, I highly recommend that you go to CED!
Bough a lot of electric stuff for my 120 year old house project. The staff here knows a lot and is very hands on. Would recommend everyone who needs anything electrical for the house to shop here.
I went to Fergusons for a capacitor after they told me they would sell it to me I didn't have an account so they say they couldn't sell it to me really bad service at Fergusons so I called CED they told me they have one on hand spoke to Jonh over the phone he told me that he had a capacitor that I needed gave me great customer service I highly recommend this place thank you again for your services
Caesar and Eli were great. They went out of their way to find a solution to my one off request.
