I have had a variety of electricians over the past few years. It's so hard to get responses from companies for home electrical repairs. I am SO impressed by Cirta's generous response when I called about a problem caused by a PG&E contract crew. Their work led to a blowout across the street which also caused a small electrical fire at my house. PG&E shut off our power and said we couldn't have it back on until it was cleared by a licensed electrician. Meaningwhile my son’s family was staying with us and everyone had work to do. Yikes! I was so surprised when Cirta said they would come that very afternoon. In fact the owner came because his crews were busy. I told him how other companies talked about weeks before they had openings. The owner said , “'when I hear about something urgent like this, I try to help.” They have continued to be great in the two follow up visits. How refreshing! I highly recommend Cirta.
Cirta Electric did a spectacular job with our project! This was a tough, complicated challenge given the age of the system needing replacement and challenges with a very busy and backlogged PG&E. Cirta was extremely conscientious, patient and thorough, keeping this difficult project moving forward each step of the way. I would give them my highest recommendation.
I tried to replace an electrical socket myself and somehow ended up killing power to a whole line. I figured I needed professional help at that point, so I called Cirta. He patiently listened to my entire tale, then explained what was probably still wrong. We arranged for him to come in a few hours, but, inspired, I kept working at it myself and managed to fix it myself before he came. When I sent him a text about all this, he responded, "Cool". He was very helpful over the phone and sounds like a really nice guy. Thank you!
My thermostat died on a cold Saturday. A heating contractor would have taken several days, and since this is an electrical device, I called Younes, and he replaced it very efficiently the next day (Sunday!). He is in fact an engineer, and I would trust him with anything electromechanical.
Yonnis has been a fantastic electrician for us since our last electrician retired. He is very professional, always fixes the problem quickly and at affordable rates. We are so happy we found him. Highly recommended!
