I needed a dedicated circuit installed in my garage for a freezer. I was referred to Bao from a family member. Bao managed to do the work on short notice, so I was very appreciative of him being able to work within my schedule. His price was more than reasonable. He was very communicative, letting me know when he was on the way over. He delivered on time and was extremely professional. If you need a great electrician, this is your guy! You won't be disappointed!
I came across EE electric Inc. from google online search for electric service and contacted Mr. Bao right away after reading all the great reviews left by customers who have used their service before. I am glad I chose his team to work on my house wire installation for bathroom and backyard, his team did an excellent and very clean work, Mr. Bao provided timely updates with photos and explanations to let me know what they are working on and the current process. It was really a pleasure working with this team who offers the professional, reliable, and good quality of work at the end!!!
We needed an EV Charger installed (EvoCharge) and a potential panel upgrade. Bao, with E E Electric, was very transparent on pricing of equipment and labor and was, I believe, to be very fair. He gave me three options. I had done research beforehand and had one other quote... Bao was obviously very knowledgable but I also felt he was realistic and truthful on what I needed. I'm extremely happy I went with Bao. Ended up being a two day job, he and his buddy Ryan showed up on time each day. Bao and Ryan upgraded the panel one day and the EV Charger install the next day, which was about 30 feet from the panel. I think they put just as much time and care into installing the panel as they did weatherproofing it (including putting roofing tiles on an exposed ledge and putting metal sheeting on it so that the wood won't rot). I really appreciated and was impressed with the attention to detail. If I ever need any more electrical work done I will be reaching out to Bao again. I highly recommend him!
Bao and his team upgraded our old main panel from 100Amp to 200Amp overhead feed. He applied the permits, PG&E application and Inspection. Our new 200A panel installed make my whole family daily life getting better and better. They did stucco, sheetrock, ceiling, wall and a little on the roof. When they have to open up the wall and ceiling to work. They also replaced a couple studs that got termine and paint as well, The Inspection passed one shot. The city inspector also gave him a good comment that he spent a lot of time working on my home 200 Amp Panel. It took them 4 days total to complete the great job : 2 days before the Inspection, 1 on inspection day and 1 day after. They also troubleshooting the electrical problem that we had where 2 bathroom lights and the garage section were not working . 100% trustworthy, great work ethics and recommend. 5 stars to Bao for his professionalism, friendliness, and prompt repair work. A neighbor recommended him, and he did not disappoint! He replaced my mailbox light, installed a dimmer switch, and replaced a faulty whole house fan switch. He kept communicating with me every step of the way, showing me pictures and explaining the work he was doing. He was on time, clean, trustworthy, professional, and so nice. I would not hesitate to call him for all my electrical issues.
