Honestly it just felt good to finally find someone who knew what they were doing. The guy showed up on time and fixed a wiring problem in about 20 minutes, something that had been bothering us for weeks. Weird to say but it was kind of refreshing to watch a professional just handle something without any drama or upselling or lecturing you about what you should have done differently. Price was fair and I felt like I paid for what I got, no hidden stuff. Definately calling them again if anything goes wrong. Its a relief to have someone local you can trust like that.
Willow Glen Electric installed my EV Wall Charger. They are very prompt, curious and professional. Reasonably priced. Comprehensive. Easy to work with. I highly recommend Willow Glen Electric (and their EV Wall Charger brand EVXperts) for your at home car charging needs.
They are great -- I highly recommend going with Trout Electric. I worked with Leo and he was really helpful and understanding. I will absolutely be going back to them.
They did a great job at installing a ChargePoint Home Flex EVSE in the attached garage of our townhome with an Automatic Load Sharing (ALS) device because we couldn't upgrade our panel to 200A. Professional, high quality, clean result. I'd highly recommend them to others.
The Willow Glen Electric team did a great job upgrading my electrical panel to the house and adding a Tesla car charger to the garage wall. They have a very good scheduling and dispatch process that includes text messages about the arrival of technicians, city inspectors, and stucco repair team. Very pleased with the work that they performed and would recommend them. They are on the high side (price) compared to others but the efficient completion and expert service team balanced it out.
