Great experience with this company. The original problem with my electric panel that I called them for (it wasn’t working) mysteriously disappeared by the time the technician arrived. The technician offered to help me correctly identify the switches, which he did. Then he told me there was no charge! I realized I needed a couple of other issues fixed and he was able to perform the work immediately. I will definitely be calling Boyes again.
So glad I was referred to Boyes. There is a common issue in our development, which I only learned through a FB thread, which explained why my car was no longer charging!!! I followed the recommendation, called, and had it fixed the next day. The electrician was super easy to work with, he knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it, and he did it right then and there! I couldn't be happier and will continue to recommend them to others!
Diego was respectful, thoughtful and excellent at his craft. We had experienced an electrical surge earlier in the week that had caused problems and he took care of everything flawlessly. Boyes provided a seamless experience. Had them install an outlet inside my traditional wood fireplace box in order to install an electrical fireplace insert. They were responsive, professional, polite and timely. Passed City inspection as well. One of the most professionally managed processes I've experienced with a contractor in quite a long time - from quote, to scheduling, to showing up when promised, to permit arrangements, to billing.
