I contacted Electrical Svc in hopes of getting my overhead lights repaired/replaced. The Electrician that was dispatched came when they "had" time as opposed to scheduling an appointment and dedicating time for our business needs. Not communicative, did nothing but tell me that the LED strips were bad. Over a period of 2 weeks, he only showed up twice. did nothing to repair the issue and after second day he stopped by for a short while he decided to pick up the scissor lift which I was charged for and left. No communication from his company about what was to be done, if they were going to complete the work, nor any questions to me as I physically saw the employee leave. All I received was an invoice for $2k for diagnostics within the week as nothing was repaired...needless to say, I will never contact this company again nor would I encourage others to. Lack of professionalism and inability to communicate with me as a customer.
Top notch industrial electricians. I have been a food plant engineer for many years and have used a number of different electricians. Electrical Services has been consistently honest, efficient, and knowledgeable. Not Many outfits have industrial troubleshooting capabilities but E Services is who I call to get out of a jam with VFDs motors etc.
Mary the receptionist with this company was very helpful and went above and beyond to help with dealing with an emergency issue I was dealing with. This contradicts what the previous reviews had to say that's for sure.
