Called Eleos for an estimate on a panel upgrade. Glenwood was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information about costs, including trenching due to underground wiring with PG&E. Turns out I don't currently need a panel upgrade. Glenwood explained that if anything changes in the future that a smart panel would be more cost effective. I also asked about flickering lights and the staff at Eleos called PG&E for me. Turns out PG&E supply side of the panel had some corrosion and loose wiring. So PG&E fixed it. Thank you to Elios for their knowledge and saving me money on unneeded repairs. Their honesty is greatly appreciated. They are now my go-to electricians for all my future needs.
This is the greatest electric service company ever. I had previously had them replace my hazardous Zinsco electric panel last year at a great price and excellent customer service. Two days before picking up my new Tesla, I called with a rush request to add an electric vehicle charging outlet in my garage. At the same time I ordered a ChargePoint Flex plug in charger from Amazon, with a guaranteed 2 day delivery. John, the Elios contact who I knew from before, jumped right on it. The circuit was installed the next day. When the charger was delivered the day after I got my Tesla, I let John know I needed help, and he sent a tech the very next day, who installed and tested the charger, and plugged it in to my Tesla, which immediately started charging! I highly recommend Elios Electric for superb performance and the nicest team of skilled technicians I’ve had the pleasure of choosing.
I just moved into a fixer of a house. The team from Eleos came and corrected all the horrible DIY done by the previous owner. There's a reason you hire the pros. Excellent team. So nice. Totally professional. Went beyond what was needed to make my house safe.
Eleos Electric just replaced my old electric panel, added a new circuit for my kitchen microwave, & upgraded several outdoor receptacles. They were great to work with from start to finish. They took care of contacting and scheduling with PG&E and the City of Santa Rosa permit department without my having to deal with any of it. Everyone was very friendly, professional and worked efficiently. From the estimator to the crew who did the work, everyone explained things well and answered all my questions. And the power went back on without a glitch when PG&E came to check. They also cleaned up all areas when finished. I highly recommend them as did the person who recommended them to me!!
