Never went to or used the companies services. Only by phone when I called about 4 times. Finally got a hold of someone in the office ( I never received a call back from the company despite multiple messages left I just happened to catch someone) to complain about an employee who continued to park in a handicap parking spot. Was asked multiple times to move by multiple people. Employees explained that it was a game that he played while in Sunnyvale.
