I cannot say enough good things about Golden Electric and the incredible work they did on my complex 100A to 200A electrical panel upgrade project in Pacifica. This project became significantly more complicated than expected due to PG&E service lead issues, utility box complications, multiple inspections, conduit reviews, trenching considerations, and coordination between city inspectors, PG&E engineering/construction crews, and Tesla solar/Powerwall integration. Throughout the entire process, Golden Electric remained professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. A very special shout out to Ana and Roberto for going above and beyond during every phase of the project. Ana was outstanding with communication, scheduling, coordination with PG&E, inspection follow-up, and helping navigate a very unusual and difficult utility situation. She consistently advocated for the project, stayed proactive, and helped keep everything moving forward even when unexpected issues arose. Roberto and the field team did excellent workmanship. The installation was clean, organized, professional, and passed city approval successfully. They worked carefully with the existing infrastructure, Tesla solar/Powerwall system, and PG&E requirements to make sure everything was done correctly and safely. What impressed me most was their willingness to work collaboratively with PG&E during multiple onsite meetings and inspections. This was not a routine panel upgrade, and Golden Electric handled every challenge with professionalism and expertise. Now that the project is complete: Full 200A service has been restored Tesla solar and Powerwall systems are functioning perfectly The home is fully operational again Everything works beautifully I truly appreciate all the hard work, flexibility, and dedication from the entire Golden Electric team. I would absolutely recommend Golden Electric to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and dependable electricians for residential electrical work, service upgrades, solar integration, and complicated PG&E coordination projects. Jesus picked up the call later in the day. Had a very effective conversation. Was willing to review video of my potential electrical grounding issue immediately. Explained the cost structure. Available next day due to severity. His guys came 15min early and thoroughly performed the diagnostics and verbally communicated to me at my home so I understood the work and situation. I appreciated Jesus personally coming to ensure work and didn’t leave it to his younger workforce. Jesus is a Gentleman, a family man, and I trust him as an electrician. Since the initial consult, Chris was super helpful and detailed explaining the process and pricing. He even made recommendations for upgrades and explained them in a way that didn’t feel predatory or trying to get me to pay just to pay, explaining it easily. Light installation was a breeze and the crew were super quick and professional
I had a 240v outlet installed for my car charger in my garage and they were very fast and on time. Jesus was my technician and was very professional and clean with his work area. Highly recommend this company for any electrical work.
