I've been going here for at least 10 years, and more so in the last 5. Their customer service is stellar, and maintain competitive pricing especially on wire. Armando rocks, quick, friendly, and helpful 100%. They have an efficient system too, folks working the floor gathering the materials, and the check out clerks quickly processing the order; if there's a line, it moves fast. Order ahead, and youre golden.
Imagine a Home Depot that is well organized, no missing parts, no wrong parts in the bins, AND it has a counter where you can say give me Widget A and Widget B and they go get it for you. That would be emperor supply. Absolutely great and by the often cheaper then Home Depot. I am almost wondering whether I should write this review; This place should stay a bit of a secret.
Love this place. The best electrical supply store I've been to, save your time and skip Home Depot and get your supplies here. Friendly staff, reasonable returns process and incredible stock of everything you would need for an electrical project and entire rewire.
Haven’t had a bad experience. I see some reviews saying the customer service is bad and sure it’s not Starbucks but they’re very knowledgeable and super well stocked. Ten times better than Home Depot easily.
This place has real stuff. Those who say the folks working here are rude basically can't communicate. These folks speak another language, yes. So, they may appear that way since you don't speak their language. Travel a little.
