Flores Electric gave us superb service in addressing several lighting issues in our house, including problem-solving circuitry problems, installing new light fixtures and installing new home security devices (doorbell camera and outdoor spotlight/ floodlights). They went above and beyond in the customer service, thoroughness and professionalism. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they stuck with their bid, even though the work took a little longer than they expected. They even comped small additions to the job. Part of the reason the job took a little longer than expected was because of the great care Anthony Jackson gave in explaining all of our options to us, making recommendations, personally finishing up on small leftover details (even on his weekend), and very patiently explaining how to operate the remote apps for the new security system. He was also very sensitive to our budget, recommending equipment that we could purchase ourselves at a discount compared to having the company provide them. Remarkably, he even went to Home Depot with us to help us select the equipment we wanted that would fit our budget and that would fit our specific electrical circuits. Anthony is a marvelous, responsible and highly knowledgeable electrician/supervisor. I cannot overstate how pleased we were with his and Flores Electrical’s work at our house! Highly recommended!
We called Flores Electric for a repair on our pool pump and Rio Sakya, a very friendly and nice young man, came out and did an absolutely fantastic job. It is heartwarming to know that there are still good, honest businesses around with hard working, honest and friendly workers. Rio was very precise, clean, and fast. If we could give more than 5 stars we would!
Flores electric have done quite a few electrical upgrades for our house and they have been fantastic. One of the most reliable contractors I’ve seen in the bay area. Anthony is really great, I highly recommend reaching out to him for any of your needs. The things that stand out - 1) they take good care of your house, put covers on furniture and floor 2)clean up at the end of every day, 3) always on time and 4) hassle free - if you have small things up here and there for you, they will take care of it!
Rio, Oswaldo, and Juan Carlos did a fantastic job upgrading some circuits, installing a sub panel in the garage, installing my EV charger, and upgrading out of date electrical outlets. I evaluated multiple estimates and the Flores team was by far the most thorough, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. The team went above and beyond in both the prep and physical work. I would definitely go with this team for any of my future electrical needs.
