Fred is a nice guy, was able to come to my tenants unit and replace an outlet. The part retail is $10 but invoiced me for $30. $200 fee for labor for a 10 min switch job. That’s the ridiculous part, I wouldn’t call again. Only if it’s an emergency…

He is knowledgeable and helpful and communicates well, so that I know what my choices are before he actually comes out to do the work.
