I cannot recommend Funtes Builders enough! They did a massive backyard project and interior work for me. As a general contractor, they exceed all expectations. From start to finish, they were very professional, always delivering top-quality work with unmatched attention to detail. What impressed me the most was their dependability and diligence – Walter is a true problem solver who takes on challenges with ease and finds smart solutions. One example is my deck where they installed every single board at a particular time in the morning with similar temperature over a course of the week so they all expand and contracted together. Also the transition between deck and pavers is impeccable. Timeliness is another strength. Their response times were quick, and they were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Not only are they highly skilled, but they’re also a pleasure to work with – helpful, good-natured, and always willing to go the extra mile. Having done enough remodels, I am safely say that it is hard to find someone with such strong work ethics, I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience and would like to recommend Funtes Builders for their professionalism, skill, and a great team.
Walter and his team of professionials built an ADU off the back of my house in 2020. I am so happy with how it turned out. They were fast, efficient, honest and incredible craftsmen, not to mention, super nice guys. I highly recommend them for any size project.
We have used Fuentes Builders on two large projects on our property in Sunnyvale. We found them to be excellent. The standard of workmanship is very very high. Walter Fuentes is always responsive to the needs of the client and always keeps in close touch as work progresses. Sub-contractors are closely supervised to make sure that they maintain the highest standards. On one project we had to have kitchen equipment delivered to him as we were not in the area. He and his team installed the equipment to specification and photographed and took videos of the completed work to show how it was done. Fuentes Builders is the contractor we shall use for all future projects. We have the highest regard for their business ethics and work quality.
Walter and his team are awesome! They remodeled my kitchen last Fall and it was such a good experience that I knew I would use them again for any projects around my home. (They are currently renovating my garage and it's going great!). Walter is very kind, fair, responsive, attentive, and trustworthy and his whole team is very considerate. They cleaned up every day before leaving, they are friendly, and overall, they want to make sure everything is done right. I highly recommend Fuentes Builders!
I have hired Fuentes Builders twice - once to remodel my 2.5 bathrooms and then second time to remodel my kitchen and create a home office, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. The team was incredibly skilled and attentive to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the project was executed to perfection. My kitchen now looks modern and spacious, with beautiful countertops and cabinetry. The bathroom remodel exceeded my expectations. Communication throughout the project was excellent, with regular updates and prompt responses to any questions I had from either Walter or Mario. The team was super punctual(8AM meant 7:59 Am not 8:01) , respectful, and kept the work areas clean and organized.
