I have used Garcia Electric on numerous occasions. I am a GC and he has worked on both commercial and residential projects for me. He is responsive to calls, has a good turn around on proposals and coordinates a reasonable schedule. He is always on time. We recently used Garcia electric to make some upgrades to our rental house in the sunset. Alvaro and his team changed out a number of halogen and fluorescent fixtures with LED including some with dimmers and replaced all the hardwired smoke detectors as they were 15 to 20 years old. They also added power in a couple places, replaced a couple of GFCI outlets and replaced an outdoor motion sensor light. Alvaro was really easy to work with and pricing was competitive. They were clean and careful and respected the gates needed for the safety of my tenant’s cat. Would hire again.
