Words cannot begin to describe how happy and grateful I am for the beautiful new kitchen I have thanks to Oscar! Marvin! And Keith! Each were absolutely incredible in their skilled craftsmanship and their professionalism. They were so kind to me and patient! This was a VERY difficult job. Your estimate was fair considering the scope of work. You have excellent customer service completing this complicated tedious project in such a fast response and expedient timeframe but you have an excellent crew working for you and that is the foundation of a successful business.
I went online through the website and requested a follow up to replace 3 wooden doors on my deck. Mr. handyman was super timely and called me the same day and set up a consult the following day. I had gotten three other quotes and the price was very reasonable and affordable! I also liked how they are licensed; that improved my piece of mind. They were very timely with follow up , all appts confirmed via text and email. Tommy was the handyman that came in. Inspected my three deck doors that were rotted and needed replacement. he went out the same day and looked for a new doors and called me With the pricing. When I asked for better doors, he went to a different store and found them for me. Mr. handyman took care getting my new doors and installing. Their work was very efficient and they are great people. Very honest, keeps receipts and shows you. You can also pay with your credit card without the 3% markup fee, which I Appreciated. I have since recommended them to my neighbors and will continue to use them for random jobs in the future.
Marvin came to our house to bolt a storage unit to the wall, refit a screen on our sliding glass door, resHe accomplished all of these tasks with efficiency and politeness.et a handle on our shower door, and refit a hook in the bathroom. We also asked him if he could figure out why some of our outdoor lights were not working. He accomplished all of these tasks with efficiency and politeness.
Keith was great very friendly and knew what he was doing fixing windows and installing locks. Also showed up on time and explained this issues I was having. Would definitely recommend this company especially if you get Keith.
I had a few different things I wanted done. Rob from Mr. Handyman always promptly responded to my phone calls & emails re various questions I had. They were good about sending text & email notices to remind me of my appointments and, on the days of my appointments, they kept me apprised of my technician’s estimated arrival time. The technicians showed up on time. I ultimately chose to have Marvin do the various things I needed done. He assembled & installed slide out kitchen cabinet drawers, installed a larger shelf in my closet, installed a grab bar in my bathroom & assembled a tub/shower bench. Marvin had me look over everything before he left to be sure everything was done to my satisfaction. He was professional, courteous & friendly. Later on, I received a call from a woman at Mr. Handyman to ask if I was pleased with the services that were provided. All very professional & courteous service. I will probably have a few more jobs done and, when I’m ready, I’ll call Mr. Handyman & request that Marvin do those things too.
