*Update* After a few phone calls and communication with management they are going to make things right in early January. I will update this review again after they finish the work in the power lines. **
Delayed the 1st time to replace our backyard power pole. Little or no communication orher than yellow door tags. Then they damaged a pipe and caused a leak in the backyard 1 ft from where they dug. Didn't call 811 or whatever prior to digging. Tried to say they didn't. 1 employee admitted it. Was dry before they arrived. Leaked for 3 weeks and sfter 2 other contractors came out and after 3 visits it got fixed. Then a few weeks after that I get another yellow tag on the door saying our power will be disconnected. I called to confirm that nobody needs to go in the backyard and not a power pole this time. Then I take the day off and make other plans. Called 1 last time to confirm nobody needs to be home and the date. No problem. Then we get home today and yet another samn tag is on the door saying our power was not shut off today and it will be rescheduled. Not happy. Can't give zero stsrs so here we are. Not to mention that other utility companies told me they have had numerous problems with this company like mine. Note to SMUD and Hot Line. Do better. Very disappointed.
