Varied Skill but Honest and Friendly. Their first electrican did a great job on a bath fan, diagnosing that a wire had come loose from the switch. On a more complicated problem involving our cooktop and other circuits in the kitchen, they weren't able to solve our problems in two different visits

I had an excellent experience speaking with Pablo at JD Electric regarding a residential electrical panel replacement and upgrade. Our situation was somewhat unique because we were dealing with travel, different time zones, and several logistical challenges. The power was out, and while it wasn’t technically an emergency, it certainly had the potential to become one. Despite all of those complications, Pablo was incredibly patient, responsive, and professional throughout our conversations over several days. He took the time to explain the situation clearly, provided all of the important details upfront, and helped me understand what to expect. He also offered practical advice about how to safely troubleshoot and potentially resolve part of the issue myself. That guidance was extremely valuable. It helped save me money, gave me more confidence in handling the situation, and taught me a great deal about the electrical problem. I really appreciated that Pablo was willing to help even though there was no guarantee that we would ultimately hire JD Electric. Unfortunately, because of the circumstances, we weren’t able to move forward with their team this time. However, the customer service experience was so positive that JD Electric would be my first choice if I needed electrical work in the future. Pablo represented the company exceptionally well, and I would highly recommend giving JD Electric a call.
