The upgrade crew spent a day cleanly expanding our system to a modern 200-amp capacity with all-new, clearly labeled switches. The craftsmanship inside the box is incredibly neat, and we now have plenty of room for future household projects.
The electrician's excellent work on the recessed light installation is a huge relief. I'm delighted that this business, which provides excellent service at reasonable costs, introduced me to him. I booked a same day appointment with them and they gave me a window for arrival and promised a call. When no one came I called and they apologized and said they needed to rebook for tomorrow. I was disappointed but gave them another chance. They failed to come or call in the first 2 hours so I called to reconfirm. They assured me they were coming and that I would get a call. Come the third hour and no call, I called again. They assured me they were running late but they would call and be there just late. No one came 30 min later and I called back. They said they couldn’t get in touch with technician and they hadn’t been able to earlier. I booked with another company.
