Work repair through home warranty. If your home warranty assign them to your repair. Tell home warranty NO, you want someone else. Simple job, replace breaker. The electrician said my panel is ILLEGAL. He cannot repair it, if he does, he is risking his license. But he did recommend replacing the entire panel or retrofit it. I reasoned with him. Then he told me that he would report it to home warranty, if they authorize the breaker replacement, then he would do it. Weeks later, found out a report was never submitted to home warranty. Now I am disputing the home warranty service fee. Since nothing was done.
Came out once fixed one item out of 3. Out a band aid on another item. Took 3 weeks to report to AHS, when they did they left out the biggest issue then closed the file. I was then told to call AHS back and have them re-open the file. The girl Anna is RUDE and the communication between their technician and their office seems to be broken. I can see why they have 3 star rating. Some people shouldn't be running businesses.
I just had another service call using JETS ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION & again Ernesto showed up right on time. He knew what to do immediately after looking at my toilet that had a leak coming from the base & was able to fix it right away. I am very impressed with Ernesto & JETS ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION & would highly recommend them for any plumbing need. April 1, 2024 Ernesto showed up right on time. He took one look at my toilet problem & immediately fixed my issue by giving me a new pump. He was very courteous & knowledgeable about his craft & I would recommend Jets Electrical Installation, Inc. to anyone having a plumbing issue!!!
Ernesto was called out through our home warranty company and we are so lucky we got him! They gave us a time slot between 8am-12 and he called right before 8am to give us a 30min window. We has a leak in our kitchen faucet and under the sink and upstairs our tub to shower switch was shooting out water and the previous plumber told us it would cost us a ton of money and we would need a contractor to tear out the drywall. I showed Ernesto and he was calm as a cucumber and went out and got some parts and boom fixed both issues! Would highly recommend. (Also we are in Santa Cruz and he came 30+ min away to fix our issues)
Highly disappointed. Thanks to the wrong diagnosis of my wiring repair, my home warranty denied the work. Now I have to pay another electrician to tell me the diagnosis and they gave me the diagnosis that would of approved my home warranty with AHS. They said I needed a new panel and there was a wire break in the wall. The place with 5.0 stars thoroughly investigated and found the broken wire in a outlet and he said the panel was good. When I was concerned about the panel, and ask. Jets electric never returned my call even when I was going to hire them to do the work they said I needed. I had to call another electrician due to them not returning my calls.
