All I can say is I am a Raving Fan of this company! I had a homeowner with half of her power out in home including her furnace today. Called Ken Butler who said he had a crew that should be open to come out today. Ken showed up personally hse. He quickly troubleshooted the steps and repairs needed for ouimself 1/2 hour later for he did not have someone available at the time and was concerned to get the furnace going in this hour community meter stack, then went to purchase parts. Ken returned with one of his electricians Jeremy and quickly fixed everything, confirmed all power on and cleaned up the jobsite. This company provides exemplary customer service and communication from the front office to their onsite electricians and have expert knowledge to repair electrical challenges.
