I would not trust this con man to save my life. A job was completed for him 10 months ago. To which he has not paid for and then expected me to pay out of my own pocket. To finish the job was no guarantee of payment. Needless to say, the job stopped due to nonpayment.And i've heard self excuse in the book from him. I send him daily text to remind him that payment is due to which he does not reply and now my phone calls won't go through. I do not recommend him to do any type of work for any client in the future. I would rather client hire local specialty contractors to do any work for them. Is prices might be lower than the average local contractor but it comes with mismanagement money.Theft, poor quality work and severe lack and project management and communication

Im still waiting on a payment owed for work that was done. No payment means no continued work in this state. And Sebastian Hernandez has threatened me for reaching out to his employees to get him to respond to me. Hes already billed the bank for a project and has not paid me at all. Even after waiting for seven months.

Work being done next door. Owner took tracked equipment onto my property causing damage to my property. He never gave me notification or asked permission to be on my property. I told him several times to stay off my property in which he failed to do so. Refused to give a business card. He never did fix the damage to my property and instead made it worse. Left my property in diseray for over a month cause they puctured a natural gas line and busted a water line even tho locates were completed. Digging with machinery within 2 feet of locates is a big no. This owner operator decided that he was exempt from that. Pge also gave him a big fine for negligence. Also had hard times passing inspection. He told me that he had a written agreement with owner of house next door to me to do the work. I stated fine, you do not have an agreement with me to be on my property with heavy equipment. Owner has no respect for others property that he is working beside.

I had a wonderful experience with Sebastian Hernandez, the owner of Kingdom Minded Electric, and his staff. Not only did Sebastian show up promptly at our 1st meeting, he quickly assessed what I would need for my electrical work. I am purchasing an EV and wanted to install a home charger. He took one look at my electrical panel and told me I would need an additional subpanel to handle the charger. He walked my home and told me how the job would be done, step by step. I had confidence in him--he really seemed quite knowledgable!! He worked up a bid, , based on 2 days of electrical work, which I accepted. It included a new customer discount!! He showed up on time the morning of the job, with his Operations Manager Aaron Blitch, and then Roy, who did the actual installation work. Roy finished in 1 day, instead of 2! Sebastian called me this morning (what would have been the 2nd day of work), and came over to survey the completed work. Then, he gave me a handsome deduction off the initial bid, because there was less labor and wiring involved than initially anticipated! What a nice surprise!! I would recommend him and his company whole-heartedly for any electrical work needed. He's honest, fair, and very knowledgable, as are his employees!!!
