Lavish Automation did an upgrade after my AV system and remote control got glitchy. They integrated the new equipment with my other existing equipment resulting in seamless operation. One challenge was with my antique satellite tuner, however, they developed a work around with a Sirius/XM app, which gave me a bunch more channels and saved me $200/year on my subscription. Project manager Joe and technician/installer Nick were knowledgeable, personable and fantastic to work with. Highly recommend.
We needed the AV system Lavish had set up for us 9 years ago reconnected after moving, They sent out Matt, a technician who really understands the various components and how to reprogram them to work seamlessly on one remote. Beyond thrilled with the service and helpful advice! Steven at the Santa Rosa showroom was very kind when we needed help with a malfunctioning amplifier. Trust the Lavish team- they are great people.
