Contacted Luis Guerrero owner of LGM Electric, Inc on Saturday Morning m and he was able to get one of his men to come out and diagnose and correct a dangerous ground fault issue that occur at my home within 48 hours on the next Monday morning (Memorial Day). Not only was Luis very responsive to my call and issue but his worker (Ernesto) that came out arrived before the time slot he was expected but waited due to being early and was very courteous and pleasant when I and my wife went out to greet him. I found out Ernesto to be a safe, highly skilled, and efficient professional as I watched him work (only after asking if that would be OK to look over his shoulder) in the diagnosis of the problem and watched him correct the problem with my electrical system in my home. I have a high interest in learning new things as I'm a medical professional and from what I experienced and learned today as I watched and spoke to Ernesto about the problem that I would consider him to be a true professional that is very good in what he does. The fees assessed were a very good value for the expediency and the level of work provided. I would not hesitate to have LGM, Inc. send someone like Ernesto come to my home or even my office again to fix any electrical problem that occurs.
Awesome job start to finish! Had recessed lighting put in 4 bedrooms, hallway, and family room…. Was so pleased with their work quality, pace, cleanliness, and communication that I had them come back and update the rest of the lighting in the house! Would definitely recommend

Luis guided me through my issue with PG&E on a neutral wire issue and after conversing with Luis , PG&E came out twice after looking up the permit # from Alameda County and they fixed it ! All back to normal with the Generous knowledge of Luis ..........................Thank you Luis .
LGM Electric Inc provided excellent work and backed it up with their warranty work which to me is a big plus! Their team are trustworthy and professional. I had electrical work needed done for a new LG tower washer dryer. He explains everything. I’m very happy with their work. They’re extremely busy so I had to adjust my delivery timing schedule , and it was worth the wait. I highly recommend their work.
