Great service and communication. Both Elvin (estimator) and Carlos (installer) showed up professionally and on-time. Very friendly, helpful, and organized. My Ring video doorbell was not working for a while, so Elvin found the doorbell transformer needs replacement to match the voltage requirement and scheduled installation with Carlos. The installation went well. They also added surge protection for my whole unit, which was optional, but I'm glad they also did it. Overall, it was a great value.
I had a great experience with Eric. He was professional, punctual and clearly knew what he was doing. He fixed our outlets quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The whole process was smooth and stress free. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing electrical work and will be calling him again in the future if needed!
The service technician Elvin came out and was very professional and thorough with his evaluation. We appreciated the multiple levels of estimates allowing us to pick the one that best fits our desired and budget. He also took the time to answer our calls and explain in more detail and answer our questions as they arose.
We had a great experience. The price was of course the best to upgrade our outdated and dangerous old sub panel. The employees were very prompt and professional. And finally we were able to get our sub panel permitted quickly after the 6 month estimated wait time. Eric was the helpful electrician who came out during the permitting process and noticed we needed a barrier put in to cover some wires. We completely forgot about it when he returned two days later ready to complete the task. He was very nice, professional, and answered all of my many questions. He helped make our home safer. Thank you to Eric for your quick response, hard work, and all your efforts. Definitely recommend!
Service was fine but prices are insane. Was charged almost $400 to for someone to replace 1 fuse which costs maybe $20 at home depot. Wouldn't use this company again, id look for a smaller company with better pricing next time.
