Max Electric provided great service for our office. The installer arrived on time and worked with impressive attention to detail. We needed electrical wiring and outlet installation running from the panel to a new location for a dryer, and it was done right and fully up to code. What stood out most was the installer's depth of knowledge and expertise. He clearly knew his craft inside and out, and it showed in the quality of the work. On top of that, he was genuinely professional and friendly throughout, taking the time to explain things and making the whole process easy and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Lucas did a great job installing a motion sensor light, and the customer service team at Max Electric did a great job of giving an estimate remotely and honoring it. Lucas did exceptional work. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He followed a careful diagnostic process, checked every possible failure point, and explained his reasoning clearly as he went. He found the loose wiring issue that caused the outage, repaired it cleanly, and also replaced a failing AFCI breaker downstairs. Everything is working perfectly now. I really appreciate his thoroughness and the pride he takes in his work. Highly recommended.
