Tim & Joe tech: They did our additional garage’s outlets. Clean work and very professionals. Would hire them more projects for sure! 5-stars is not enough for these 2.
Tim was excellent. I’m not one who writes fluff reviews of feedback. I am very sincere in my assessment of services rendered. So believe me when I say Tim was informative, professional, demonstrating actions of one who is highly skilled. But most of all, I felt very secure in my trust of him. I’m sure you already know, but in case you are open to any type of reaffirmation, you have a very valuable technician. And that as well, as what I mentioned above, will be what tell anyone about my experience with Mister Sparky of North Bay. So, thanks again
One star for Christopher/Mr. Sparky’s communication and coordination. Five stars for Tim, the technician. Our HOA is using Mr. Sparky for a community-wide main panel replacement project, including permits and coordination with PG&E. We were originally scheduled for August 3 and were told they would arrive between 8 and 9 a.m. Because the power would be turned off, we made arrangements to be out of the house. When 9 a.m. came and went, I called Christopher, who was listed as the contact person for questions. Only then did we learn that the appointment had been moved to August 17. No one had informed us. To Christopher’s credit, he was able to send someone out that day to do the quick piece of work needed inside the house so we would not need to be home again for that part. He also agreed to take $200 off the price because of Mr. Sparky’s on-time guarantee. The week before August 17, PG&E called us directly and said they could not come on the 17th and would instead come on the 21st. We asked PG&E to coordinate with Mr. Sparky, since we had heard nothing from Mr. Sparky about the change. I then called Christopher twice that week and left voicemails asking for confirmation that Mr. Sparky was coordinating with PG&E and whether August 21 was now the correct date. I never received a call back. Then, on the morning of August 17, we were woken up by Tim from Mr. Sparky ringing our doorbell because he was there to replace the panel. It turns out Tim had independently reached out to PG&E before the 17th and made sure they came out so the work could proceed as scheduled. He did not know PG&E had called us to say they would not be coming that day. Because of Tim, the actual work went smoothly. The problem is that no one told us Tim had resolved the PG&E issue and that the work was still going ahead on the 17th. We were completely unprepared when the power was turned off for hours. For a job involving permits, PG&E coordination, HOA-wide scheduling, power shutoff, and communication with individual households, this was unacceptable. We were not informed when the first appointment changed, our follow-up calls were not returned, and we were left not knowing whether the work was happening on the 17th or the 21st. Tim did a great job. Christopher/Mr. Sparky’s scheduling, coordination, and communication did not.
Issa Joudeh was excellent in all ways today while rewiring for a new convection/microwave oven and installing a new chandelier! Great in explaining what he was doing; neat and clean work and cleaning up when he was finished. He has a good personality and is easy going. He is a very good representative for Mr. Sparky.
Tim & Joe were amazing! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Their work was exceptional and they kept a very clean worksite. Love these guys. I will definitely be using them again for any future electrical needs.
