I’ve worked with Moreno Electric now on numerous projects and every single time they go above and beyond. They are on time, polite and professional. The owner, Raul, always makes the time to ensure the jobs are done right. Their communication is top notch and I would recommend them without hesitation
Hired this company to replace a breaker panel at my home. In the process they incorrectly wired the house and burnt out several appliances including my furnace. One the appliances even started smoking while it was turned off. If no one had been home at the time, the whole house could have caught fire. One of the electricians was also extremely unprofessional, constantly using profane language. They also left electrical wires loosely hanging down in the crawl space of the house instead of being secured to the rafters and did not properly install the grounding rod/wire. To their credit, they did replace a couple of the burnt appliances, but I would not recommend this company. They are more of a safety hazard than anything else.
If you’re looking to find an awesome Electrician, who goes above and beyond for their clients and stop looking here. Moreno did my main panel in Marin County. They did an excellent job, it was very clean work, and even returned upon request for minor concerns I had. There was nothing wrong with his work, and I was surprised that he went above and beyond to come back and make sure I understood how everything works. Highly recommend you o anyone looking for fair and honest work.
