I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and skill of the individuals that installed my Generac. Marquis H was skilled, hard working and very willing to explain things to me and answer all of my questions. His work ethic and knowledge were very impressive as was the other personnel that worked at my residence. I’m sorry to say that I don’t remember all of their names, but rest assured that they all have my highest endorsement.
It was a pleasure dealing with Andrew. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and did a beautiful clean job. He’s welcome at my house anytime. Because of his effort, I will sign up for a yearly service with the company.
“M” updated our breakers to pass inspection as well as tuned up our generator. He was very professional and offered to show me what he planned to do which was a very nice surprise. He was very balanced and articulate with explanation. We became fast friends especially after he had discovered a blue in distress…together we rescued him yet no easy feat!
