I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and skill of the individuals that installed my Generac. Marquis H was skilled, hard working and very willing to explain things to me and answer all of my questions. His work ethic and knowledge were very impressive as was the other personnel that worked at my residence. I’m sorry to say that I don’t remember all of their names, but rest assured that they all have my highest endorsement.
I have been using My Generator Guy to service my Generac generator for 5 years and am very happy with their service. Appointments are on time, reasonably priced and they always explain everything they are doing. Highly recommend them for keeping your generator in working order.
It was a pleasure dealing with Andrew. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and did a beautiful clean job. He’s welcome at my house anytime. Because of his effort, I will sign up for a yearly service with the company.
We have used My Generator Guy for years and have always been happy. He does maintenance on our whole house generator at least once a year and the generator has never let me down. The charge is fair and worth the peace of mind it gives us.
Andrew Garcia from my generator guy has done our generator service since 2024. He is always on time, very knowledgeable about the unit to address our questions and concerns. He has provided us with excellent service over the years.
