Five stars aren't enough! I had an excellent experience working with Colin and his team at A1A Garage Door Service. Colin was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented from start to finish. He took the time to explain the process, made sure everything was installed correctly, and followed through on every detail. His customer service was outstanding, and it was clear that he takes great pride in his work. On top of being excellent at what he does, he is also just a great person. He was kind, honest, respectful, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, reliability, and genuine care for their customers, but he truly does. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality garage door installation.
Let me start by saying , A1A garage door services was the best experience that I received in the endeavor of a new house owner. Colin was precise on timing and explain to me how the whole process is gonna take place and very efficient and very professional of this job. Like I said, I have a lot of contractors that came to this house of mine for the past two years and he is by far the best service that I received. I got quotes from a dozen people and got to say it shows from his work that for the price that he charged me I fell like I under payed him. God bless him for being the kind and honest man that he is. I contacted A1A Garage Door Service to come and repair my garage door opener. My garage door would not stay shut due to a worn out limit switch and the opener is about 20 years old. Colin came prepared and replaced the opener with a much more capable unit for the heavy garage door. Thank you all for your professional service and giving us a great deal on this fancy opener! The app is great!
Garage broke on Friday. Made an appt for Saturday. Colin showed up, gave me my options whether I wanted to do a quick fix, replace it all and everything in between. Gave me options for upgrades but no pressure to do them. I opted to replace it all since the door was old and falling apart. After talking to neighbors, price point seemed super fair as well. They showed up Tuesday, took out the old hardware and door, and replaced it all in like 4 hours! Door looks awesome and works even better. They even take away and dispose of the old door and parts, which I was concerned about having to pay extra for. I mean I couldn’t ask for a much better experience. Colin is professional but very friendly and relatable. Highly recommend.
