Staff is very good, checked in on appointment . Clerk told it depends sometimes they accept before appointment also. But they not provide Bolt Seal cutter, told all truckers have their own cutters. Then I owe from nearby whom I greatly appreciate.
Please all truckers have their own bolt cutter.

Check in 6.30am 2 trucks ahead on me still empty by 8am very quick unloading. Nice staff.

Horrible place to deliver ahead of time others unloaded first before me spent 3hrs getting unloaded.. stay away or ask for more compensation!!

I come here 5:45 am my appointment 6:00 am then I am looking guy’s how work here but i didn’t find anyone I come back to my truck then I see someone I give him my BOL and he say you come late 10 minutes he did take my load he say wait then after me three truck came he’s empty for them then I go to talk to them. When are you going to unload my truck? He say I don’t know. I say how long you take he say I don’t know. I have only 4 pilot in my truck and I have apartment to pick up load by 12 and I still waiting here 11:03 am when I told him to give me my BOL if you don’t unload my truck and you can write on my BOL driver was late. That’s why I didn’t unload his truck and he didn’t write on anything. He refused at all and when I ask his name, he didn’t give me what is his name when I take picture and he say, I will sue you so every truckers has so much patience, but that guy, disrespect driver that’s why I am angry 😡 I saw you my logbook pictures. That way you can see. I am not lying.
