We had Jack from Paragon Power come and install a new 120V/20A dedicated circuit for our nee treadmill. He gave us options for how to run the cable and we ended up choosing conduit for the price efficiency. Jack was punctual and responsive to our questions. The circuit turned out perfect and the work provided was done at an awesome price. The workspace was also neat and clean after he finished. I cannot recommend Paragon Power enough!
I recently had Jack from Paragon Power install an EV charger at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Jack demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. What really stood out was the time he took to thoroughly explain the entire scope of work before getting started. He walked me through every step of the installation, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what to expect. His communication and transparency were beyond anything I had anticipated. The quality of his workmanship was outstanding. The installation was clean, organized, and completed with great attention to detail. It's clear that Jack takes tremendous pride in his work and genuinely cares about delivering the highest level of service to his customers. I truly appreciate professionals who go above and beyond, and Jack exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and highly skilled electrician for an EV charger installation or any electrical work, I highly recommend Jack and the team at Paragon Power. You won't be disappointed!
Jack was recommended to me by a Handyman. He arrived right on time and was efficient in doing a job that corrected very bad work by a previous electrician. Everything is operating beautifully now, even after another electrician told me that some parts simply could not be fixed. I highly recommend paragon power.
