Today, 5–6 trucks from this company came onto our street to perform work, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff were very rude and showed no respect for surrounding properties. They used heavy-duty ladders on our roofs without any protection, causing damage to gutters. When I politely asked them to place padding behind the ladders, they responded disrespectfully. I requested to speak with the supervisor on duty and was refused. One employee in particular, Cliff, spoke to me in an especially disrespectful manner and made me feel targeted because of my skin color. I have reported this incident to PG&E. PG&E needs to hire contractors who treat residents and their property with professionalism and respect. I am hoping that someone from this company Pinnacle will reach out to me.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Works are on my property cutting trees without permission, music so loud I can hear it in my house, no one directing traffic. Horrible company horrible workers
Great company all around from staff in the office to the crew working in the Feild.
This guy drives like an absolute jerk. Tailgating me at very high speed in a full size work truck with cars in front of me for a very long time. We're talking 3 feet off the bumper. Illuminating the entire cabin of my car. Then going on to do it to other people no matter what lane they may be in. I'm sure that they have no regard whatsoever for their customers if willing to drive like an absolute jerk for no reason. Highly recommend avoiding doing business with people like this.
This company turned the power off this morning, on Labor Day weekend without any notice. I've lost a day of work, and they're doing this on a day when it's 92 degrees. They're out there taking their sweet time and blasting music. Evidently people in Vallejo don't matter, screw us.
