I was hoping a next day appointment, but I met Kerry and his associate that same afternoon. Talk about super nice guys, incredible knowledge of the product, and within a couple of hours the job was complete. If you’re looking for a fair price, common sense, sense of urgency, and a desire to succeed for the customer, these guys are for you!

The technician Roma was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He thoroughly inspected the issue and was able to diagnose the problem quickly with confidence derived from his experience and professionalism. I called two other companies before calling Prime Fix Appliances and they couldn't help me and help me at all. I've used their service multiple times and both times was a great experience. Their technicians show up on time, respect your home and are very knowledgeable about appliances especially European brands. Scheduling is very easy online or via phone where an actual human picks up the phone. I would highly recommend Prime Fix to anyone in need!
Had our wine fridge repaired and also our oven! Was our second opinion and we made the right choice using these guys. Ended up being half what the previous estimate was. Our repair man, Den was very knowledgeable. Repair was fast. Communication was very good. Will recommend and use again
Den did an incredible job of quickly diagnosing and repairing 2 separate and complex issues (Bosch dishwasher and Wolf oven). He immediately resolved the dishwasher issue (turned out to be a plumbing issue that the plumbers missed!) and went above and beyond to help level the appliance out further while he was working on it. For the wolf oven, he did a thorough inspection and knew the exact pieces to replace. We were able to quickly schedule him to come right back the following day and he did the parts replacements in less than 20 minutes. Really great guy, very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining what we should look out for and how to help our appliances last even longer. Will recommend to anyone in San Francisco.
