Jason and his team at Pro Circuit are simply awesome! They were always super responsive and handled so many of our home's exterior electrical work including all the pool lighting and automation, pergola lighting, our generator purchase and install and many more. The work itself is always great and even when we had an issue that was not related to what they did, they were still nice enough to come back to our house and let us know what was wrong. After the blackouts over the last few years, and especially now, when I’m working some days from home, it become evident I need a power backup solution. As many people reached the same conclusion, it was hard to find a contractor that was returning calls. It happens that my neighbor did a major remodeling of his home that included a lot of electrical work. I asked him if he can recommend the business that did the work and he said he can do that as he is very happy with the work they did. A few days after that, when I was leaving home, I noticed a Ford white truck with the GENERAC license plate. I realized this is the contractor I need to talk to. I had a brief chat with Jason and asked if he can give me a quote for a generator. He took a quick look at our site and said he will send it in a few days. As promised, the quote come in. It happens, I was able to get another estimate from a different contractor that was similar. What made me decide to work with Pro Circuit Electric was the interaction I had with Jason. He did explain the options I have, the pros and cons, cost, and timeline. It happens I’m an electrical engineer and understand a few things about electrical systems. Jason is very knowledgeable and has a very good attitude how he approaches problems. Pro Circuit Electric did quality work and I’m happy with everything they did. After that, we expanded the scope of work. We had some issues with the electrical system of our pool and Pro Circuit Electric did a great job that other contractor was not able to solve. It was a very good decision to work with Pro Circuit Electric. It is family-owned and operated. You talk to the people that do the work, they are very good at what they do, and the price is competitive. I did work with many other contractors in the past, and I can say the experience with Pro Circuit Electric was probably the best I had.
Pro Circuit Electric gave us exceptional service when we needed to replace a failed generator engine. I very rarely give any product or service provider 5 stars unless the value and satisfaction are above and beyond. Pro Circuit Electric easily met my standard.
I was referred here by calling Generac customer service. Called ahead and spoke to Brittany. I needed to check my generator and needed a new key. She had an extra key and offered to meet me at her shop. With all the storms, these people are extremely busy. I couldn’t believe how nice she was. Six star customer service. She spent a lot of time explaining what I needed to do with the generac. I highly recommend Pro Circuit Electric.
