R Pro Electric was very attentive to our needs and schedule. We had a complicated installation including bollards around our panel in a side driveway. They did the research to ensure that the installaiton met all the PG&E requirements. They did additional follow-up with PG&E regarding the status of our underground and electrical connection work and were here for every appointment with PG&E. They also did the interior wiring on our house remodel. We would definitely recommend R Pro Electric.
From first contact through paying the bill. Rick was punctual, cordial, and competent. He installed an EV charger for me, the actual work was done quickly, safely and at a very fair price. Rick came to our house on short notice to diagnose a problem w/ one of our electrical circuits, where some receptacles suddenly stopped working. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it.
