Rocky Hill Electric absolutely exceeded every expectation I had. We needed all of our hardwired smoke/CO detectors replaced and, after dealing with nonstop alarms and trying to figure out the best path forward, I was stressed going into the process. From the very first call, Hayley in the office was phenomenal. She was responsive, organized, professional, and made scheduling and invoicing incredibly smooth and easy. Colton came out to do the work and was outstanding. He replaced the entire system quickly, professionally, and efficiently, and the final cost actually came in under the original quote. Everything was explained clearly, the work was clean and organized, and the entire experience felt thoughtful and high quality from start to finish. What impressed me most was that they went above and beyond while they were here. They took the time to check on and fix a few other issues around the house as well, which they absolutely did not have to do. That level of care and professionalism is rare. The Rocky Hill Electric team member Chris did a fabulous job in replacing the ceiling light fixtures in the kitchen. He astutely recognized that the flickering lights was most likely due to a problem with the light ballast and instead of replacing the ballast of my old lights, it was more economical to replace the lights with more modern and efficient fixtures and bulbs, which was what was done. Chris did an awesome job, discerning the problem and finding a good solution. The Rocky Hill team, and Chris, excels in clear communication, professionalism, and finding the best electrical solution. I highly recommend working with Rocky Hill Electric.

I called out Rocky Hill electric for a main panel upgrade, the technician Wyatt was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and confident in his ability to complete the install hassle free. They were able to quickly provide an accurate estimate, once approved, they worked dillegently with PGE and local inspectors to get approval. Of course, the install went flawless!
