hired this company to install all the electrical in my new construction building. A year later, there’s a short that knocks out all the lights, and now the light controller they installed needs to be adjusted. It took my manager three weeks to try and get a response—nothing. I followed up myself, and it still took another week to hear back. When they finally did respond, they quoted a minimum of $500 just to come take a look—without even assessing the issue first. No service call, no diagnosis—just $500 to show up. What if I just need to plug in a new piece of equipment? Still $500 minimum? Safe to say we won’t be using them for our next facility. Disappointing experience for a company we trusted to wire the whole building. Indeed it was put in 5 years ago but your short happened maybe a year and a half ago. Regardless multiple calls and no responses us chasing for a response and 500 dollar for a tech to come out. Just for comparison found a commercial electrician who quoted 100 to come out and look at the problem. Needless to say we have several other construction projects in the works we will def not be using you guys. I wish it was different but I guess you guys are just out of our pay range. I totally understand and this review was more for the 3-4 weeks my manager tried to get a hold of you guys and me having to take the time to spend a week doing the same. Maybe off the bat have your reception or tech say that it’s going to be 500 to come out. We would have had it fixed way earlier.
