Although we ultimately chose another contractor for this project, I had a very positive experience working with Rickey during the bidding process. He was extremely responsive, friendly, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the scope of work, and patiently walk us through the pricing and installation process. His communication was excellent, and he was proactive in following up and making himself available whenever we needed clarification. His pricing was also very reasonable and transparent, which we appreciated. Based on our interactions, I would definitely consider Rickey for future electrical work and would feel comfortable recommending him to friends and family.
RzN has definitely become our go-to. Rickey consistently does more careful and competent work than the bigger electric companies we've gone with, with flexibility around our rescheduling, and fair pricing. He fixed an issue we had with dimming lights a few months back, that other electricians hadn't managed to fix. Excellent and quick work on a ceiling fan installation this time out.
Rickey did a wonderful job. Very skilled and professional when completing the installation. I would recommend him to others and will use him for future projects.
This 5-star review is for RzN's excellent communication, honest pricing and prompt responses. Rickey was very pleasant to work with, very responsive and his quote was competitive and honest. We did not, however, got to work with him due to reasons out of our control. But we will definitely hire RzN in a heartbeat next time, and highly recommend them to anyone.
Rickey has completely transformed my house with his amazing work. Over the past 2 years he has upgraded every fixture in literally every room and has done a fantastic job each time.
