The scope of work was extensive: upgrading the main panel from 100A to 200A, installing 2 subpanels, and connecting a 28.8kW electric water heater. Ben diagnosed the dryer issue in about 5 minutes — a burnt breaker that two other companies had missed. Fixed it on the spot with a similar replacement part from his van, he is highly knowledgeable and was genuinely great to work with. I hired Sepanta Electric to troubleshoot a power outage that we were experiencing in a downstairs area of our house. We had several other electricians out previously to troubleshoot and they could not find the problem or did not return to continue trying to troubleshoot. Ben came out initially and spent about an hour trying to determine if it was an easy fix. After determining the problem was more complex, he returned with 2 other employees to perform a more thorough search. They found the problem in less than an hour, which turned out to be a burned out connector in a junction box in the attic/crawlspace. He arrived on time with both visits, was very easy to deal with and completed the work well under the price we thought we were going to pay. I highly recommend them considering all the problems we had with other electricians prior to hiring Sepanta!
