During that time, I had the opportunity to inspect Carlos' work on numerous occasions. His installations were always meticulous--completed per plan and strictly up to code. It was clear then, as it is now, that Carlos takes great pride in his work and genuinely enjoys what he does. That passion is evident in the quality of his craftsmanship. Since retiring from the city, I've taken on a major remodel of my home. When I learned that Carlos had started his own business, I didn't even consider anyone else for the job. He handled all the electrical work for my project, including 100% new wiring and trim out of electrical outlets, and lighting. He upgraded the main service to 200 amps, installed three subpanels, and set up two EV charging stations--one Level 2 charger in the garage and an additional EV plug outside. All of this was permitted work, and Carlos coordinated every detail seamlessly. I didn't have to worry about a thing. As someone who has inspected thousands of electrical systems, I can confidently say Carlos delivers top-tier work. Carlos did a great job in our house. He installed recessed lighting in three rooms, fixed wiring in our attic, and added new lights outdoors. He managed to fit us in quickly, worked 2 long days to get it all done, and his price was reasonable. Out house is so much brighter and looks great. Highly recommend!
I recently moved to the Bay Area from Southern California and my home was in need of some major upgrades. Carlos came recommended from a neighbor. I’d gotten several quotes, ultimately, I decided to go with Carlos as he seemed to be the most knowledgeable and most transparent about the level of work and cost associated. Carlos was efficient and highly communicative. He worked well with other contractors on the project and was able to give me some guidance on other contractor’s change orders, which resulted in saving me quite a bit of money. We called Carlos in to fix a warm wall switch. He was right on time, friendly, and extremely competent. Based on the work he did on that switch, we had him do a full knob and tube removal in the rest of our home while we were living there. Nobody likes living through serious contractor work, but Carlos was a consummate professional and a pleasure to work with the entire time. We have since hired him to do a complete rewiring in a larger renovation project and remain thrilled with his work. He'll continue to be our first call for all our future electrical needs.
