I am disappointed to have to post a negative review for Strom Electric since my prior experience had been positive. A few years ago, they installed outdoor lights controlled by indoor smart switches and all worked fine. A few months ago, one of the switches seemed to fail and I called, asking to have someone look at it. They promised to get back to me. When I hadn't heard from them after a few days, I decided to try the switch again and it had begun working. So of course there was no need to follow up on the request even though they hadn't got back to me. Last week however, the switch failed again and again I called and was promised a return call to schedule the repair. When I hadn't received the scheduling call a day or two later, I called again and was again promised a call to schedule the repair. Still nothing, so finally called one more time. This time no human being answered, so left a voicemail with the same request. No response. I can understand if they're too busy or consider the job too small or trivial, but at least let me know rather than promising to get back and not doing so.
Hard to rate an electrician that doesn't return a call after you leave a message. In my case an estimate to replace two electrical panels. Perhaps it was an electronic perturbation where the message was not received or perhaps they are busy enough that a courtesy return call doesn't warrant the trouble of a response. Nonetheless ....one star.
