Symmetric Energy in Sausalito did a great job with my solar installation! The team was really friendly and knew their stuff. They explained the process well, though there were a couple of times where I had to follow up on things like timing, but overall, everything went smoothly. The installation itself was quick and now everything is working perfectly. Elliott was extremely helpful. I liked that he took the time to make sure the system was set up right for my home’s needs. He was easy to reach when I had questions. If you’re thinking about solar, I definitely recommend giving them a try!
Symmetric Energy installed a 21kW ground-mount system with 40kWh battery storage. I'm really happy with the result and the process. Leila, Tristan, and everyone else at Symmetric Energy were wonderful to work with. They were friendly, walked us through everything, and explained all our options—without any of the sales-pressure tactics you sometimes get from others. They also handled absolutely everything with PG&E. The whole process was very straightforward and the end result is a solar loan that's about half of what our power bill used to be!

In February of 2021, I had the pleasure of having Elliot and his team at Symmetric Energy install my solar and battery back-up system. Prior to meeting Elliot, I had other companies bid the project or in some cases, just look at the project. None of the other companies had a rational solution for placing solar panels on my detached guesthouse and running the solar power to my main house while providing back-up power to both structures. Symmetric figured out a solution right away, as compared to the other companies who must have failed high school physics. Symmetric diligently and efficiently installed my system well within the promised timeframe. Elliot’s team diligently worked with PG&E to quickly upgrade my service panel to 200 Amps and to get my system online to feed the PG&E grid with my extra power. Over the past 3 or so years, there have been many power outages, and my battery system always kicks in within milli seconds. Elliot continues to answer my questions and to provide any needed follow-up. Symmetric works with all solar panel and battery suppliers and can build the best system at the best price. I found that the other companies were stuck with one brand of components and an even more narrow mindset. I wholeheartedly recommend Elliot and Symmetric.
