TDS WEST ELECTRIC . Thank you so much for quickly responding to theLeak issue. We appreciate your help. TDS WEST electric installed an electrical panel in our home , a year ago. Pipe from the panel goes thro the roof. Today ( Nov 13, 2025) due to heavy rains, water from the roof started to leak thro the pipe from the roof and drops of water settled down on the panel inside of our kitchen. We were able to detect the leak because we had open access to our kitchen due to kitchen remodel. Thanks to the rain and open access. We called TDS WEST ELECTRIC, they responded to our issue very quickly and fixed the leak. We did not have to pay anything to them . We are very happy and relieved the leak is fixed. THANK YOU.!!
Absolute nightmare working with this company. Work that was supposed to take a week turned into a 3 week ordeal. When explaining the issues the person spoke over me in a condescending tone and kept telling me the team was “trying their best” despite leaving our apartment barely habitable. Instead of apologizing for the shoddy work his team did, he told me I should be happy to have new safe electricity. After the first project (which kept us out of our apartment for 5 days) we had to hire professional cleaning service to clean our floors and furniture. The electric team even told us they covered our furniture but I have photos from during the construction week to show that common furniture such as the couch/beds had no protective layer from dust/drywall residue. Even after their team had to come back to fix the walls (because they left literal holes in the ceiling) we had to hire professional cleaning again. Not to mention the careless handling of our belongings such as a closet doors being broken, handprints of drywall on our belongings, and throwing shoes on our beds. Not that I hired them to begin with but if I were up to me I would never work with this company again. Poor quality work and even worse customer service.
TD West provided us excellent service. They installed our new construction Electricals with great care and the crew they sent us just awesome. Dinh is very knowledgeable- he only spent few minutes or an hour to do the design part. His installation team did an amazing job, following the design thoroughly with minimal supervision. Its just amazing, when I had a doubt about the wires coming to panel, I called Dinh. He answered precisely what I was looking for, as if he is in front of the panel over phone ! I will definitely recommend TD West for anyone in need of a professional electrician !
TD West did a wonderful job installing new can lights in my kitchen. I had an old flourescent fixture that finally died. I researched installing new fixtures or can lights. So glad I went with the can lights. Corey from TD West did an outstanding job removing the old fixture and installing the can lights with dimmers. He was great to work with, listened to my needs regarding where I wanted the lights and did it all in one day. I couldn't be more pleased with TD West and COREY!
Efficient, professional, reasonable, services TD west Electric provides. Had to get some help terminating subpanel breaker at Main panel, and Tom was able to fully understand the situation by looking at the photos I shared and helped out within a week to get the job done. All of his Electrical crew are very professional, honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. They don't waste time and, get the job done per the code. I highly recommend TD West Electric Inc.
